Re-release - How to find more peace in daily life with Rupert Spira

Hey everyone, welcome to this episode of the Motherkind podcast, the show that's going to help you navigate the massive challenges of life as a modern mother with more community, confidence, clarity and self-awareness.

Because December is so full-on for so many of us, myself included, I do not record any new podcasts this month. Instead, we re-release the ones you have loved most over the past year.

I’m really keen to bring a wide variety of voices and experts onto the podcast and to be honest, I wasn’t sure how this episode with writer and spiritual teacher Rupert Spira was going to land with our community. It has turned out to be one of the most loved episodes of 2022. I think it is because Rupert speaks with so much eloquence and experience about how we can find more peace and happiness in our day-to-day lives.

Even if you did listen to this episode when it first came out, I think this is one of those episodes you could listen to dozens of times and get something new from it each time.

I hope you love it.

ABOUT RUPERT SPIRA

From an early age, Rupert Spira was deeply interested in the nature of reality and the source of lasting peace and happiness. After spending twenty years immersed in the teachings of classical Advaita Vedanta, he met his teacher, Francis Lucille, who introduced him to the Direct Path approach whereby one may recognise the source of peace and happiness in oneself. Rupert has written several books and holds regular meetings and retreats online, as well as in Europe and the United States. He is also a noted potter, trained in the British Studio Pottery school, with work in public and private collections. www.rupertspira.com
