Motherhood is incredible. It's also incredibly challenging, especially with the highly pressured, fast-paced world we live in today. Each episode features a different teacher from the world of self-development and well-being or a mum on a path of self-enquiry. We cover everything from staying calm in a toddler meltdown, and dealing with anxiety, to self-care and simple tools to help you have a better day.

This podcast is amazing. Zoe is an incredibly talented interviewer and asks impressively well placed questions that bring out the best in her guests. I wish everyone else could learn this skill like Zoe. So many of her episodes are full of moments where you want to press pause or listen to the whole thing again. Thank you Zoe.

Absolutely love these podcasts - I have been listening since I had my first baby - she is now 3 and a half and we have another on the way. Every time I feel anxious or unsure about motherhood I tune into one of motherkind’s podcast and there are always amazing tips and snippets of wisdom to help guide me. I just listened to the re-release of the episode with Dr Rick Hanson which was brilliant and so relevant to how I am feeling at the moment. Zoe is a great interviewer and has such great insight into the challenges of being a mother in current times.

I’ve learnt so much since listening to this podcast, and it has massively helped guide me through the mad journey of being a mum for the first time. There are incredibly interesting and inspiring guests and Zoe does an amazing job of being the voice for so many women and caregivers. Would highly recommend to anyone but particularly those who are entering parenthood and are freaking out about their capabilities to be a ‘good parent’.

I listen to many podcasts and this one offers such an important support to everyone and especially mothers. It normalises the realities of the mothering experience and hopefully helps us all feel less alone, whilst offering resources to support us along the way. A rich and diverse range of guests and Zoe is at the top of her game. I especially LOVED the recent Matthew Fray interview. Brilliant and thank you Zoe and team for all your hard work and generous offerings to us all. Xx

I’ve been listening to this podcast since it began and I think it’s brilliant. Zoe and her guests have such interesting and thought-provoking conversations, some I’ve listened to several times. It really is such a wealth of wisdom!

“I feel like you deliver the exact message I need to hear, the timing is always perfect! Especially loved the episode with Rick Hanson & Matthew Fray. Thank you for your inspiring messages and helpful advice! You seem to make the challenge of motherhood a little more manageable with each episode.”

I love Zoe, her voice, her Humor and the variety of experts she’s interviewing and talking to. I found out about so many amazing people through this show (Gabor Maté or Dr. Ryan) and the topics are just always what a parent in these challenging times needs to hear. I love listening to Zoe when I get home from work, with my kids winding down from a long day give myself a little Me-Time!
