RECORDING WITH ZOE
We are delighted you will be a guest on The Motherkind podcast.
Zoe is on a mission to bring the best well-being teachers in the world to help mum’s find their calm and most alive and joyful versions of themselves in the madness of modern life.
Recording instructions
This page contains all the information you need to know for your interview. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to Angie at angie@motherkind.co
What is the format?
Our 60-minute interview will be about you and your work in relation to how mums can begin to heal and become the most alive joyful versions of themselves. We see motherhood as an opportunity for transformation.
At the end of the recording, Zoe always asks her guests:
If you could offer all the mothers in the world one gift, what would it be?
What are the recording requirements?
All interviews are recorded remotely with Zencastr with both audio and video. If video is an issue due to WiFi, please let us know.
If you haven’t used Zencastr before, please set this up the day before. And reach out to angie if you need assistance.
All you need for the recording is:
An internet-ready device (laptop, cell phone, tablet) with a strong connection.
A quiet place free of interruptions or distractions with minimal background noise and echo. We recommend recording indoors to avoid ambient noise.
Connect and test headphones and microphone beforehand. Headphones (preferably wired) to maintain sound quality.
Close all other tabs or programmes and switch off all audible notifications.
Open Zencastr invitation link we sent you in either Google Chrome or Firefox.
Best practices suggestions before the recording session, e.g. sit in a room with a lot of soft furnishings/minimal echo, wear headphones, try to sit within 20-30cm of their mic, turn off phones/AC/fridges and any other apps on their computer that might be using the internet - these can all help a lot in improving your sound.
