My guest on this week’s episode wants you to know that you are worthy of living a life that feels good. She also wants you to know that you are capable of achieving that. But you need to make a conscious decision about how you show up for yourself.
My guest is Heather Chauvin and after her youngest son was born she was diagnosed with stage four cancer. She shares how that really tough experience showed her how far away she was from living the life she actually wanted.
Before going through treatment she decided that if she did survive, surviving wasn’t going to be good enough anymore. She wanted to feel alive.
Well, she did survive that experience and she consciously started to re-parent herself and everything began to change in her life. She noticed everything in her life changed especially her children’s behavior.
I love this episode it is such an incredible story.
