My guests today believe living healthier happier lives is all about making tiny different choices every day.
Steve and David Flynn of The Happy Pear probably need no introduction. It all started in 2004, when they opened a vegetable shop in a small seaside town in Ireland. Fast forward 15 years, the Happy Pear now consists of 4 cafes, 40 products, 6 online courses, 4 cookbooks, a farm, a roastery, and hundreds of amazing employees and a community of over 1 million people living healthier! And fathers of 5 young children between the two of them.
I'm constantly thinking about energy - and how to feel more energised as I go about my days with not enough sleep. It frustrates me that so much wellbeing content focuses on getting a solid 8 hours sleep because for parents often that isn't always an option, but we all want to feel energised in our lives.
So I love this week's conversation with Steve and Dave aka The Happy Pear.
In this episode we get into:
-
Our ability to be present and to find joy no matter how hard
-
How they stay energized amongst the demands of life and parenthood
-
The power of connection
-
The most important thing for health and happiness
-
The Happy Health Plan - their new book just released this month. I loved it!
Their mission is still the same, to help everyone to get healthier and be happier. I hope this episode will bring you as much joy as it did for me.
Create an environment where the easy choice is the healthy choice.

As always, we continue the conversation over on Instagram, so come and join us there.
